My entrepreneurial journey started over a decade ago when I left the world of running other people’s kitchens and opened a restaurant of my own. Within 18 months, one location became two—and while the growth was exciting, I didn’t have the systems to keep up. I tried everything to get control of the chaos. Some things worked. Most didn’t. Eventually, I burned out and sold my flagship restaurant in early 2020. Then COVID hit—and instead of stepping away, I leaned back in. I worked hard to keep the second restaurant alive and ended up growing it by over 80% in three years. But the same issues that led to burnout before started showing up again. I knew I couldn’t keep running in circles, so I decided to sell that business too. Not long after, I was introduced to EOS and Outgrow Advising. I watched as these simple systems created real, lasting change—not just in businesses, but in the people behind them. It stuck with me. I realized that if I’d had those tools earlier, my experience would have been completely different. That realization is what led me to where I am now: helping other business owners find clarity and direction through the EOS model and drive predictable revenue growth through Outgrow. Each allows businesses to build something sustainable without losing themselves in the process.
