Michael Fichman has been living in Charlotte, NC since 2017, and a real estate investor since 2019.
Now co-owner of CLTBuyers, his focus is fueling the next phase of growth in home acquisitions and portfolios for the company. Michael’s daily tasks include Systems & Operations, as well as Marketing & Acquisitions.
Michael’s current plan is to create a business that allows him to live a lifestyle that best compliments his future goals and desires. Michael’s experience includes wholesaling, rehabbing, creative financing, as well as traditional long term buy and hold.
In his free time, Michael loves golfing, spending as much time as possible at the beach, reading, his saltwater aquarium and playing video games. He is an avid fanatic of Batman, the New York Yankees, Minnesota Vikings & UConn Basketball.
