Jay Chekansky is a real estate entrepreneur based in Charlotte, NC who has been investing in real estate since 2015. He has completed deals in flipping, wholesaling, rehab to rent, options, notes and seller financing. He actively invests in SFR’s, mobile homes, rental portfolios, and self storage.
Prior to investing, he attained a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology. From there, he spent 10+ years in the automotive industry managing projects, developing new products, and generating intellectual property.
In addition to real estate related activity, Jay is an author, conference speaker, inventor, avid mountain biker, and car-guy.
