Craig Peters

Craig Peters

Craig, a native of Philadelphia, PA, is a 1991 graduate of LaSalle University and moved to Asheville in 2000 following a career as a casino marketing executive with Harrah’s Entertainment.

A seasoned business operator and sales professional, he has spent much of his time managing and consulting in the hospitality industry.

As investor relations specialist and loan originator, Craig is responsible for expanding ALFIE's reach between the Asheville and Upstate SC markets.

When he isn't working, Craig, the father of two wonderful teenagers, Kayla and Eric, can be found mountain biking, running, and hiking the trails of WNC.

Derek Robinson

Derek Robinson

Derek started his real estate journey over 19 years ago, purchasing his first property before he could legally drink, and quickly built a 6 figure real estate sales career in the middle of the recession of 2007. Derek's experience includes owning a property management company, real estate sales, fix and flips, developing raw land, raising capital, creative financing, commercial leasing, vacation rentals, long-term rentals, mobile home parks, and private lending.

Private lending has been a natural progression. Derek has the equity built from many years of buying and selling property, the knowledge of markets he invests in and the cost to buy/rehab/sell properties, and a network of qualified and experienced home flippers. While private lending is Derek's main focus, he still maintains a portfolio of long-term rentals, vacation rentals, mobile home parks, and other ventures. Additionally, he also maintains partnerships where he does fix and flip projects.

Derek lives in Asheville, NC, with his wife and young daughter. Being the parent of a young child, Derek can often be found doing what a young child would do (watching My Little Pony, listening to Taylor Swift, roller skating, etc.). The Robinsons like to use their vacation rentals at the beach and enjoy visiting new cities.
