Born and raised in Poland, Sandra was introduced to real estate early, tagging along with her father on flips and rentals.
She holds an engineering degree in Food Technology and Nutrition from the University of Science and Technology in Poland and continued her education at The Ohio State University. After a successful career in the food industry, she made the leap into the Asheville real estate world in 2022.
Sandra now works with Iron Creek Properties, managing a diverse portfolio of over 240 long-term rental properties across Buncombe County. In November 2024, she purchased her first home and her first investment property, which is currently undergoing a full rehab and remodel, marking the start of her journey in house flipping and strategic real estate growth.
